![]() Overall Performance: Narration Rating: Story Rating:.PYSCHE!!! I'm thinking what a rip- after all that, I deserve a death." At the end rather than rooting for one character- I kept hearing myself shout- DIE ALREADY! JUST DIE- ugh the death scene goes on and on and then. I just didn't feel the sexual tension as much in this one. And while Nalini Singh usually does great sexual tension building up to the scene which always occurs around page 200. ![]() ![]() The first sex scene had some mild bondage in it which didn't work for me. Give her credit I did actually start to believe the HEA wasn't going to happen. Sometimes, I was more interested in the side stories about the children than the main story. I wasn't as invested in the two main characters. "Okay Nalini Singh can't write a bad book so yes I did enjoy this one. But he could very well be her next target. ![]() Stripped of her memories by a shadowy oppressor and programmed to kill, Katya's only hope is Dev.
